This page explains what EsimCarry collects when you buy an eSIM and how it is used. It's written in plain language on purpose — no legal jargon.

What we collect

  • Email address. The email you enter at checkout. We use it to send your eSIM QR code, installation details, and purchase confirmation.
  • Order details. The plan you bought, country, price, order number, any promo code you used, and the eSIM identifiers our network provider issues for your order. We need these to activate your eSIM, help you if something goes wrong, and let you top it up later.
  • Support messages. If you contact us by email, Telegram, or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation to help you.
  • Technical data. Like any web server, ours automatically records things like your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. This goes into server logs used for security and troubleshooting.
  • Advertising attribution. If you arrive from an ad link, we save the campaign parameters in the URL (things like utm_source or a click ID) in your browser's local storage and attach them to your order, so we know which ads are working. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data for our site.

What we don't collect

We never see your card number or other payment details — payment happens entirely on the payment provider's own pages. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded. There's no account and no password: you don't need to register to buy an eSIM. And we don't sell your personal data to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to get your eSIM working:

  • The eSIM network provider, to issue and activate your eSIM.
  • The payment provider, to process your payment.
  • Our email delivery service, to send you the QR code.

Each of them only gets what they need to do their part.

How long we keep it

We keep your order record and the email tied to it for as long as we might need to support you, process a top-up, or account for the purchase. Server logs are rotated regularly and not kept indefinitely. Once your eSIM has expired, you can ask us to delete your email from our records.

Your choices

Write to support@esimcarry.com if you want to see, correct, or delete the data tied to your order.

Cookies

We don't use tracking cookies on this site. The only thing we store in your browser is the advertising attribution entry described above, and it's used only to see which ads led to a purchase.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
